PREPAREING SEA MOSS:
- In a bowl/strainer wash seamoss 3 times, this helps to remove the sand and excess residue from the ocean.
2. Place seamoss in a container to soak. ensure the water level is about 1 inch above the sea moss.
3. Allow the Seamoss to soak for 6-12 hours in the refrigerator.
4. After the time has past the sea moss will swell. Add the seamoss to your blender , add water (1 1/2 cup of water per one cup of sea moss) Allow the sea moss to blend until it is completely liquified. - Then Place the seamoss into a glass container, place it in the refrigerator . seamoss will become gel.
