DELIVERY OPTIONS
All eligible, local south Florida orders placed by 3pm Monday through Friday will be processed for delivery within 1-2 business days. Eligible orders within Broward County can be picked up, delivered or shipped (all available options will be displayed during checkout). All orders placed Saturday through Monday will be processed on the following business day.
Order delivery options:

For all local (within a 5 mile radius of zip code 33024) orders under $50, there is a $3 delivery fee.

All local (within a 5 mile radius of zip code 33024) orders $50 or greater, these qualify for free delivery.

For all shipped orders, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

We offer priority mail shipping (which is 1-3 days depending on your area). All orders will be shipped via either USPS priority mail or UPS and a tracking number will be sent to you. Orders are not shipped on weekends (Friday-Sunday).
Please note that due to the impact of COVID19, once an order has shipped, you may experience delays that are out of our control. Should you notice your shipment not moving, please contact us immediately so that we can look further into the matter.
Upon delivery, should your package may arrive damaged, please take photos of the outside of the box, the inside of the box and the damaged contents and email them to: support@owallace13@yahoo.com so that we can initiate a refund claim with the carrier. This is required to receive a replacement order which we will happily do as soon as we hear from you.
